Booking Fee

• At the time of booking a deposit of £300 is applicable
• 2 weeks before 100% of fee is applicable
• If clients are paying by credit card the balance should be paid by BACS or PayPal

Cancellation

Where a client cancels:

• The booking fee is non refundable
• Less than 2 weeks notice 50% of the fee is payable
• Less than 1 week 100% of fee is payable

NB: If Alex has to cancel due to unforeseen circumstances all fees paid, including booking fee would be returned.

Additional Charges – Travel

• 5mile radius from London City Centre – included in the costing
• Up to 10mile radius - £10
• Up to 20miles - £20
• Up to 40miles - £40
